As a Product Specialist, you will be part of the Product Management Team, bridging the gap between business requirements, technological solutions, and user empowerment.
To strengthen our Product Management - Business Administration Team, we are seeking a Product Specialists with a focus on finance applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing support to our users on existing solutions within our software landscape, focusing on finance applications and integration, such as Microsoft Dynamics '365 Business Central and Eye-Share.
- Managing and coordinating support requests via an in-house ticket system as well as in collaboration with software vendor support teams.
- Translating requirements from the business into practical solutions together with the Product Manager.
- Supporting the Product Manager with the implementation of new tools features, and integration.
- Becoming a specialist in using the tools most efficiently and in line with business requirements.
- Occasionally deliver product training sessions to colleagues and new-joiners.
- Coordinating and managing small projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
- Building and maintaining a knowledge base for the team as well as for our users,

- Working with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Planner) and supporting the improvement of collaboration and information flows around finance processes.
What You Bring Along
- Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English and German is required.
- You enjoy digging into issues to understand the root cause instead of fixing the symptoms.
- You are a team player and enjoy working in a solution-driven way and bring a good balance of flexibility and focus.
- You are eager to learn and bring high level of self-iniative and ownership to the table.
- Prior finance background is not required, but curiosity and an interest in finance topics are essential. Knowledge of accounting, controlling, reporting, or IT fundamentals is a plus.
