As a Product Specialist, you will be part of the Product Management Team, bridging the gap between business requirements, technological solutions, and user empowerment. 

To strenghten our Business Administration Team, we are seeking a Product Specialist with a focus on digital workplace and finance applications. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing support to our users on existing solutions within our software products.
  • Managing support requests via an in-house ticket system as well as in collaboration with software vendor support teams.
  • Optimising existing processes and defining new ones across different departments from a technology perspective.
  • Supporting the Product Manager with the implementation of new tools and features.
  • Becoming a specialist in using the tools most efficiently and in line with business requirements.
  • Occasionally delivering product training sessions to colleagues and new joiners.
  • Building and maintaining a knowledge base for the team as well as for our users.
  • Coordinating and managing small projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication. 

What You Bring Along

  • You are keen to discover the complexity of processes within Oldendorff and to support them through software products across several departments. 
  • Acting as an intermediary between key users in the departments, the Technology team and external software providers requires excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English. German language skills are an advantage. 
  • You describe yourself as a highly responsible person who is eager to learn and brings a good balance of flexibility and focus. 
  • You enjoy working in a solution-driven way and bring a high level of self-initiative and ownership to the table. 
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, such as cloud technologies and software interfaces, is an advantage.
  • A good understanding of processes within a Finance department and the associated software solutions is a plus.
